stress

              Stress is defined as a mentally or emotionally distracting condition occurring because of difficult pressures. Stress affects a person's physical health;,usually the symptoms are increased heart rate, a rise in blood pressure, irritability, and depression. This plague can affect all ages and both genders. The main reason why stress is so dangerous is because it can be fatal to a person's health.

              Although it sounds obvious, many people do not recognize they have stress. Sometimes family members even abuse each other domestically.  If someone have stress she or he can detect the the disease.for example, abuse can causes the people to be stress and become pressure.

               Secondly, exercising and hobbies can greatly reduce stress.for example, if you have hobby like to playing badminton you must hane your time to play the game because your hobby  can help decreases your stress. Exercising is a way to preoccupy the mind and have fun at the same time.

               The most detrimental stress is when people focus on the negative aspects of their life. For example, stress can cause you have thinking negatively solutions if you has a problem. If you solute the problem by negatively thinking you can join social activities .

                In conclusoin, we hae ways to control the stress. If you very stress you just go to sleep n rest your mind to better outcome. After you wake up you can become a best mind and you can do your day activities with your family,friend n someone special in your life.
